RETURNS

At CharlesDavid.com every detail is important to us, and nothing is more important than customer satisfaction and safety

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase date. Items must be unworn, unused, sellable, and in original boxes. $6.95 charge per each separate return will be deducted from your return credit for restocking and postage.

Due to inventory changes, we are not able to do EXCHANGES. We Recommend to place a new order and return previous order. If any questions, please reach out to customerservice@charlesdavid.com

Return Options Via Happy Returns "Return Bar" Locations or UPS Prepaid Label.

RETURN BAR return refunds will be made immediately as soon as the Return Bar has received and scanned QR Code. ONLY VALID WHEN PURCHASED THROUGH CHARLESDAVID.COM - Not VALID if purchased through 3rd party retailer - please go to the original retailer for returns.

UPS returns will be refunded after received and inspected in warehouse “Once your return is processed, Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.”

You will receive an email notification confirming your refund has been initiated.

Disclaimer: 3^rd party returns are NOT accepted; any purchases made outside of charlesdavid.com should be returned through the original retailer purchased from. Attempting to return merchandise from a 3^rd party retailer on Charlesdavid.com can cause delay at the customers discretion and will be subject to additional fees.

Exchanges: Due to constant change in inventory, we recommend you place a new order and request a return authorization and send the original item back for a return credit.

Price Match Policy: Up to 14 days of your purchase date, if you find the same style in the same color/material you purchased sold at a lower retail price at another online store, we will happily refund the difference.
